Welcome to the Safety Plus Contractor Management Start-Up Page. As part of Continental Cement’s pre-qualification process, companies must enroll and participate in the Safety Plus Contractor Management program prior to performing work on site.

Safety Plus Registration
1) Complete the Registration Form
Begin the registration process by choosing one of the options on the right side of the screen to send your basic information to Safety Plus. After you send your basic information using the Registration Form, you will be taken to the secure Order Form. Place your order.
You will complete the company questionnaire in SafetyPlusWeb™ CQ.
2) Place Your Order
Your order confirms your SafetyPlusWeb™ CQ Subscription that will connect you to the Continental Cement contractor management program.
3) Look out for an email with your Account Information
The Safety Plus team will process your order, create your account, and send you an email with additional information. This email will not be instantaneous, please allow one business day for your account to be processed or call our office at the number above to request an urgency to be placed on your order.
4) Wait for a Status Update
Once you have completed the SafetyPlusWeb™ CQ Questionnaire, allow 5 business days for a Safety Plus team member to review your profile. When review is complete, you will receive a Status Update email indicating that your company has been marked as Complete, Conditional, or Failed. If you receive a Complete or Conditional status as a company, your company is now considered qualified.
