Account Executive

Purpose

The Account Executive plays a critical role in growing our business by identifying quality leads and closing opportunities to sell Safety Plus services. By successfully closing these deals, we are empowering companies to prevent tragedies and keeping their workforce safe.

Responsibilities

  • Execute defined strategies to build the Safety Plus, Inc. sales pipeline.
  • Make prospecting calls – you must be comfortable making roughly 100 calls per day.
  • Drive outbound sales efforts
  • Qualify inbound leads and provide responses to interested prospective clients.
  • Document activity and prospect information appropriately in HubSpot.
  • Act as an ambassador for Safety Plus, Inc.’s technology products to drive excitement for the business and engagement with key initiatives.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to differentiate Safety Plus, Inc. from its competitors in the marketplace.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Required

2+ years of relevant inside sales experience

Preferred

  • Proven sales excellence in an outbound environment, meaning top 20% performance within a previous organization.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas, PPM or securities sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS based products.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar pipeline management tool.

None

Work Environment

In most cases, work will be performed in a climate-controlled office space.

Travel

Less than 5% travel required.

Physical Demand

This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while sitting or standing.

Position Type Expected Hours

A typical workday for this position would begin at 8:00 am Central Time and conclude at 5:00 pm Central Time. However, the role will often require work to take place earlier in the morning and later in the evening as required.
