Customer Support Specialist

The Prequalification Specialist completes mission-critical work in third-party contractor qualification systems as a representative of our hundreds of clients. This role helps clients prevent both human and financial tragedies by working with client representatives, facilities, and insurers to ensure that client work proceeds smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Role: Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Work in client ISNetworld®, Avetta®, NCMS, and VeriForce® accounts.
  • Assist clients with starting and maintaining contractor qualification programs.
  • Enter client data as required.
  • Assist with maintaining Client Injury and Accident Programs.
  • Assist management with accident response for clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to streamline safety operations.
  • Follow and maintain applicable reporting procedures.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Required

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in an industrial and/or construction setting
  • 2+ years of data processing experience
  • Customer Service experience

Preferred

  • Experience with administering prequalification platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, NCMS, etc.
  • Exposure to Worker’s Compensation programs
  • Exposure to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and operations
